Browser: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 95)

Environment:
phpgw 0.9.14 RC2
WinNT 4.0 IIS 4
PHP 4 as CGI
MySQL running in the same machine
RC1 installed and working properly

RC2 didn't recognize the database of previous version. 
Furthermore, is a new database was generated, the 
setup worked properly but as soon as any user tried to 
log-in, the URL at which it's transferred is wrong. 
Apparently it isn't taking in account the path within 
the server where the phpgw is installed (i.e. instead 
of transfering to http://www.myurl.com/phpgroupware it 
transferred to http://www.myurl.com).
