Original Submission:  Which files are needed in the base directory? The rpm 
doesn't seem to contain any (base)files, only directories.

phpgroupware module contains the 'base files'.  All other modules should unpack 
under that.  So, you would end up with login.php, logout.php, index.php, 
home.php, phpgwapi/, admin/, etc...
