New install, RH7.3, PHP4.2.2, Apache 1.3.23, MySQL  
3.23.52  
  
all permissions/modes have been updated.  
on executing localhost/phpgroupware/setup/setup.php I 
get the following:  
  
 Template Error: filename: file  
..//header.inc.php.template does not exist.  
Halted.  
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a  
non-object in  
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.Template.inc.php  
on line 440  
 
Any ideas?  Could it be a PHP problem?  Or have I 
just missed a step somewhere?  I've done a search for 
the header.inc.php.template but couldn't find any 
file by that name...
