=================== BUG #537: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================
Submitted by: mhanze Project: phpGroupWare
Submitted on: 2002-Jun-04 14:24
Category: API - phpGWapi Bug Group: 0.9.14 RC3
Severity: 5 - Major Priority: High
Resolution: None Assigned to: None
Status: Open Platform Version: Linux - RedHat
Reproducibility: Every Time
Summary: page fails to return if email notification in on...
Original Submission: Every time a ticket, infolog or calendar requires a
notification, an email goes out the the assigned group or person. From looking
at the mail log on on the mail server (which is a different server running
Courier), I see the messages go to all the users in the group and we receive
them quickly but back at the phpGroupWare server the page is hung for 10
minutes and sometimes times out. :/ hmm
I have to keep all notification off for the mean time and I feel the success of
this roll out for me is the ability to inform my users of TTS, Cal, and InfoLog
updates via email.
Any help would be appreciated :)
