You have to go into header admin and select the ntp server.  If you don't want 
to use an ntp server just go into header admin then save it without making any 
chnages - but you still must save it for it to work.

Summary:  Calendar defaults to Dec, 1969

Original Submission:  I just upgraded from 0.9.12 and now my calendar defaults 
to a view of Dec. 1969. I've tried logging out and logging back in to no 
effect, same result every time.
