I have followed the instructions given to get 
postgresql and phpgroupware installed and working. 
When I run the 'localhost/phpgroupware/setup/' script, 
it launches and I insert the relevent data. I then 
save the header.inc.php file and continue. At this 
point, I get errors saying :

can you throw any light on to why it is not 
communicating with postgresql?? I have made sure it is 
running.
