Summary:  Error with filemanager

Original Submission:  have downloaded 0.9.14 and updated via cvs and get the 
following error with the fiel manager

Warning: mkdir() failed (No such file or directory) in 
d:\www\thehub\htdocs\phpgroupware\filemanager\inc\class.vfs.inc.php on line 548
To correct this error you will need to properly set the permissions to the 
files/users directory.
On *nix systems please type: chmod 770 d:\www\htdocs\phpgroupware\files/users/
