Summary: SQL tables creation incompatible with MySQL
Original Submission: When installing tables MySQL complains:
Column 'id' is used with UNIQUE or INDEX but is not defined as NOT NULL
This happens with MySQL 3.22.32-log but looks to work under 3.23.53-log.
