The defaul order of the infolog is after the (not shown) modification date. I
cant reproduce that these order dependes on the date-format in the user-prefs.
Btw. d/m/Y is still selectable in the user prefs. If i select order by
startdate (clicking on the col-header startdate) I get the correct order again
independent of the date-format.

Updated to latest release as suggested. The ability to change the date format
has now been removed. This fixes the problem a bit like not having a car stops
you crashing hmmmmm. Maybe this is a temporary fix while the problem is
resolved?

Ok ... I think you should upgrade to 0.9.14.001 which is the current stable
release of phpgw. I will run you through the process it is pretty simple.
on the phpgw server do this:
# cd /path/to/phpgroupware
# cvs -z6 update -dP
Thats it ... it should now run the upgrade.
Let us know if that fixes the problem
Cheers

Can you please let us know what version of phpgw you are using, where you got
it from and also what platform you are running phpgw on.
Thanks
