Your php simply runs out of memmory. You need to increase it in your php.ini.

Here is the output when activating debug mode and trying to delete an event in 
the calendar.

I would suggest that you set memory_limit to at least 20M in your php.ini.  
phpGroupWare has a lot to keep track of :)
