This is caused by the lang table being updated on each page login.  This has 
been disabled, but the duplicate lang file entries still need to be fixed.  
Someone is working on this.

Original Submission:  I get this error often in /var/log/messages

It is definitely from phpgw but I can't figure out what sequence of events is 
causing it

I upgraded to 0.9.14.005 and did a vacuumdb -a -v but still get the error

This postgresql is 7.2.2
