Summary:  LDAP contact creation error

Original Submission:  In every time, when i login and create new contact with 
non-English-encoded name (eg. Péter Breuer), i get some errors. LDAP doesn't 
use other encoding than UTF-8

The new contacts backend now support LDAP and the code converts everything to 
utf8 or almost everything, could you test if this is working. LDAP must be 
working first to check your bug.

(but remeber that the new phpgw is on rc1 not release, so don't try to substite 
the old one yet, just test with it)
