Summary:  jsaddressbook showing "undefined" within select box

Original Submission:  A bug in phpgwapi/js/contacts/selectboxes.js is 
responsible for "undefined"-entries in the select box of the JS-Addressbook

A patch is attached to fix this bug. (This patch works for me). Anyone else to 
test?
