Summary: timezone email

Original Submission: hello, i want to report a bug about the email of
phpgroupware. When a mail arrive, depends of it timezone format, the email show
correctly or no. If the email timezone format (in the header of the message) is
hh:mm:ss GMT, the message show correctly. But if the message come in the format
hh:mm:ss + (or -) hhss , then the email of phpgroupware show an hour for the
message 4 hours later (if the the timezone of the sender is gmt +2 (correspond
to spain).
I had solved the problem by editing the files class.bomessage.inc.php and
class.mail_msg_display.inc.php in the email/inc/ directory.
I send this archives and you can put this changes on the next phpgroupware
version, if you want.

Congratulations about phpgroupware (and sorry about my english)

Hi,

You really should upgrade to 0.9.14.004+ for security reasons, although this
bug will not be fixed there.

We would appreciate the patch.

Cheers
