Summary:  demomode aka session_only_prefs

Original Submission:  This patch adds the possibility of session-only 
preferences for some users. 
The so called "demomode" can be switched on/off using an additional ACL-manager 
entry (admin --> edit account --> acl-manager --> session ony preferences)

Tested on 0.9.16.003
