[Phpgroupware-users] Installation with postgres failed with postgres error

Hi,

I try to install phpgroupware 0.14.000 on RH 7.2 with postgres 7.2.1 .
I followed the installation instructions for postgres, but installing
other languages other than english doesn't work(Step 3 - Language
Management).


At this time in the postgres error log this appears:

It looks like an error in a sql statement during the installation
process. Is this a known problem?
