[Phpgroupware-users] bug or feature?

I suspect this is a bug...

If i create an event as one user and then 
set the calendar permissions (via preferences:calendar:grant access) so
that other group members can read or edit  (or any other permission i
guess) all looks fine for that user.

When other users view the calendar they see their events on the first
screen but the user dropdown no longer shows their user name - only that
of the person who loosened permissions.

Is this designed behavior?
