If this helps, my version of phpgw is from this archive:
6006828 Aug 30 08:59 phpGroupWare-0_9_14-RC4.tar.gz
I have modified the date/time function line 59 in class.datetime.inc.php to "if
(false)" to avoid the daytime server call
With the option of Monday as start of week, I do not see 27/10 as duplicated.
