4.3.0 on Windows and 4.2.3 on linux (most recent debs).

Since we will rely on XSLT support, it will be best to be above 4.1, better yet 4.2

0.9.16 will not support php3.  A related issue is what version of php4
should be the minimum.  Many features are not in php pre 4.0.5.  Most
distro shipped with 4.0.6 or later.  At the same time 4.1.0 has some
nice features most notably the $_* super global arrays.

So the question is what version of php do you run?

Do you have any plans to upgrade in the next 6months?
