TTS slipped through in the 0.9.14.000 release - it should not have been
i the release.  This was picked up when the 0.9.14.001 release was cut.
 It was removed.  People complained, so we added a stable tag to it in
cvs - but this application is not supported in stable, and maybe
replaced in the next major release.
