Basically the idea is that you create a group in the admin, add all the people 
you want to be able to share files to it, and give it access to 
phpwebhosting/filemanager by checking that checkbox in the list of 
applications that group can see. Then when users in that group press "up" 
they should see the group folder, and be able to write file into it.
