Thanks for replying anyway. If I hadn't already found the answer, I'd have
been really frustrated with the lack of response. In that case, even a late
reply would have been helpfull.

I'm glad you like the document. I'm hoping it will make life easier for the
next person and even myself for the next time I install. Wiki's are a great
way to collaborate on documents. I've been thinking about deploying them for
some of my own customers as well.
