[Phpgroupware-users] PHPWebHosting: Could not create directory

I followed the docs and howto to set up the files directory
and make it writable by the web user (apache).
However, I still get the error when trying to use PHPWebHosting

                             Error: 
Could not create directory
/home/soonyee
(/home/soonyee/phpgwadmin/files/home/soonyee)

What am I missing here?
