[Phpgroupware-users] Cannot upgrade to 0.9.16.002 over CVS

I am new to phpgroupware, but I have been using it successfully on a shared
hosting environment (Apache and mySQL) since early July 2004.

 I have v. 0.9.16.001 and whenever I follow the online CVS instructions from
phpgroupware.org for updating over SSH for CVS, all goes well without any
errors.  But, whenever I go to the login screen the version never changes.
Why can't I upgrade to 0.9.16.002?

What am I doing wrong?
