[phpGroupWare-users] blank screen

Hello!

I'm trying to install phpGroupWare.
I'm using Windows Server 2003, IIS 6.0, PHP and MySQL. During the setup process 
everything works fine, until Step 2. I enter the configuration data and then 
hit the save button at the bottom. After that I get a blank screen. 

What am I doing wrong?
