[Phptest-users] sql error

hai all

i have setup phptest for an online exam application.
i was able to install it sucessfully..
but while taking the test when i click the NEXT QUESTION button i am getting 
the following error:

There was an SQL error. The error message is: 
You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your 
MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1
Please notify the site administrator.
The SQL Query that failed is: SELECT * FROM questions WHERE question_id = 

i could fnd the for the next question no question id is assigned..
if any body have faced this and solved please help me in this regard
