Summary:  Lower/Raise objects in the editor causes diappearanche of objects

Original Submission:  Lowering or raising objects in the editor doesn't work, 
it causes the random disappearance of not marked objects, while the marked 
objects stays mostly untoched. Source of this bug is unknown, might be related 
to some shared_ptr<> cleanup or due to changes in the sort routine, but could 
also be something completly different.
