Summary:  headbump is to high and gets triggered when it shouldn't

Original Submission:  The attached screenshot shows two situations where the 
headbump causes throuble. In the first situation the pingus get stuck when they 
try to reach the bridge and it the second the headbump gets triggered and 
causes the pingus to reverse.
