Summary:  Groundmaterial which is only diggable from one site

Original Submission:  Lemmings had this groundmaterial, which was only digable 
from one site, so we should get that too, since it opens up quite a  few 
strategic possibilities.

Note: Animating the material will not be possible without some heavy work on 
the tileing process.
