Pingus 0.5.0 or 0.6.0

Hiho,

we are getting closer to the 0.5.0 or 0.6.0 release[1]. Most of the
important new items in the TODO are already half implemented and only
need a bit more bugfixing and clean up, lots of other gameplay bugs
have been fixed to. So whats left?

 * Webpage redesign need to be done (volunteers please speak up!)

 * Input handling needs a complete rewrite (framework is in CVS)

 * multiplayer support needs to be written (menu/different
   game-modes/etc.) [could be suspended to the next release along with
   the input stuff]

 * worldmap handling need a bit code cleanup

 * result and level startup screens need a redesign

 * bug fixing, our bugtracker has ~70 bugs filled, not all of them
   needs to get fixed for the next release, but a quite a few

 * a selection of 100% playable and well tested levels must be made
   [any volunteers and beta tester around?]. we have >200 levels, so
   it shouldn't be to hard to find a few playable

 * a few (two) worldmaps (fitting more or less the levels above or
   vice verse) needs to get painted [/me can do that]

 * all gameplay bugs which can get easily triggered must be fixed

 * music support needs to be finished (tracks need to get selected for
   menus and levels, code inserted where necessary)


[1] If nobody volunteers for the level and gameplay testing, I would
    say we create a new 0.5.0 release, which does not contain any
    playable levels, but is only intended as a testsuid for level and
    gameplay tester. We release that along with a newly created
    website which contains some infos for the beta-testers. With the
    new testers that the 0.5.0 release will gather, we can than
    prepare the 0.6.0 release, which will be 100% playable.
