No, even so it might work, since ClanLib is compilable with BCB, even
so support for it might not be as good as for MSVC++.

Cygwin32/Mingw have the problem of flacky DirectX support, in theory
it might work, but it would require that somebody ports ClanLib to
them.
There is also OpenWatcom (http://www.openwatcom.com/) which might also
be usable to compile stuff for Win32.
