Hey!, a good idea. It's not so difficult to implement and very elegant. It's
true the most windows users even unknown what is a command parameter. Uhm,
maybe even saving the last parameters used in the registry?

Yes, no start-screen... when the level is loaded, just open a window showing
the info for the level (some type of minimum history, how many penguins to
save, how many starting penguins, etc.)... This is easier and cleaner than a
start-screen, as we have not to add an image, etc., etc. Just text, and an ok
button (maybe also a 'cancel' one) to start the level...
what you think about?
