Help non-developer run the win32 release?

Do you have the new pingus dtat files? if you try to run it without the
current data files, you are likely to have problems. also, you may need to
add some or all of the dll's from this file:
http://www.clanlib.org/~sphair/download/external/bin.zip

You should also download the latest exe's:
http://dark.x.dtu.dk/~sphair/pingus_debug20aug.exe
http://dark.x.dtu.dk/~sphair/pingus_release20aug.exe


The data files can be gotten via cvs, or i can send them to you via email,
but the zip file is 17.1 MB which will likely not fit in a yahoo account.

These steps may or may not fix the problem so let us knw if they work for
you.
