Clan Lib Dependencies

I'm trying get clanSDL compiled. My ClanLib seems to be version 0.7.8.

However, there are problems compiling clanSDL, in what seems to be linking
to libSDL. It is after a file, SDL_rotozoom.h , including what are perhaps
'SMOOTHING ON' and zoomSurface.

However, neither 1.2.7 nor 1.2.10, the versions of SDL available to me,
seem to include these terms.

What versions are people using of these ?
