xml file alterations in 0.7.0

I have put together a perl script to generate the alias file entries, 
which I've attached. It needs the file global.scr from an earlier pingus
version, doesn't seem to exist in 0.7.0

When I run the screen aliens6-phil.pingus , it generates the following,
which I've added to aliases.xml :

While the problems are significantly reduced, there are still a few 404 not
found errors, and there does not seem to be any error log indicating what is
not being found. Any thoughts ?
