[Plash] Plash and glibc 2.4/2.5

The version of Plash in SVN can now build glibc 2.4 and 2.5 (the
latest version), as well as glibc 2.3.6.  glibc 2.4 dropped support
for Linux 2.4 and earlier, so glibc 2.3.6 will continue to be
supported for a while.

To build Plash from SVN with glibc 2.4, you can do:

autoconf
./build-glibc.sh 2.4
./configure GLIBC_DIR=glibc-2.4-objs
./make.sh
# To create Debian package:
./debian/make-package.sh
