I got the same.

I think it's because as it's written in INSTALL file, we need to do 4 
commands:

libtoolize
make -f admin/Makefile.common
./configure
make


But I don't have "libtoolize" program and I even don't have no uidea what is 
libtoolize at all.

Furhter, when I tried to compile protux-0.15.5 without libmustux (what 
libmustux must do for protux, BTW?)
I got error when executing ./configure
