I set back the toggle_go ability to start multiple mixers, Remon. Protux
must be able to start several mixers if user wants. This is why Mixer is
a class and not a namespace. Also, ALSA can handle multiple clients
without any problems. Check my comments on the code and
please dont be that invasive ;-)
