sorry i didn't answer sooner, but i don't have internet access at the army
(well, i'm using an illegal one right now ;-)
XIPH_PATH_OGG is in the ogg.m4 file which comes with libogg (it should come
when you install the devel package, personally i installed libogg from source).
If you got the ogg.m4 file somewhere non standard, specify the path to it with
the -I option from aclocal, autoheader and autoconf. This weekend i'll try to
add XIPH_PATH_OGG to the acinclude.h file.
