Remon, when adding a entry in Changlog that refers to a bug fix, say something
like
"fixed bug in Mixer which doesnt play right "
and not
"fixed b019-29 "
The reason is that BUGLIST is a dynamic file which entries disappear in time,
while Changelog is a history file so in the future, there will be
no way to know what is b019-29
