ok, i removed all unnecessary autotool files from CVS for Protux as well.
You'll need to rerun
$ autoheader
$ aclocal
$ libtoolize
$ autoconf
$ automake -a
again before ./configure as next CVS update will remove some files. I'll adapt
README/INSTALL as well. Installation instruction on the website should then be
adapted as well before 0.22 release ;-)
