    Moved Variable Window from PsppSheetView to GtkTreeView
    
    I replaced the PsppSheetView with GtkTreeView for the Variables Window.
    If the data window can also be replaced with GtkTreeView, then the whole
    PsppSheetView code will be obsolete.
