As for the 184 test i can't really spot the reason why the testsuite
fails on Debian's buildd for amd64 where it runs flawless on my pbuilder
setup with an up-to-date sid chroot. The only thing that i found in the
buildd logs that differs from mine regarding Postgresql was when
installing the packages in the chroot:

     Setting up postgresql-9.1 (9.1.2-4) ...
Use of uninitialized value in socket
     at /usr/share/postgresql-common/PgCommon.pm line 676.

But the 184 test does only use the psql client and not the server, so
     such errors shouldn't matter right?

The client is built into pspp, and is therefore a dependency of it. The server
is however used by test 184 as the other end of the connection.
