have fixed a number of cygwin problems.

     Google learns me that lpng possibly means libpng. Libpng is installed 
twice,
     version 1.0 en 1.2. But a quick check didn't find a file or directory lpng
     on my cygwin installation. I guess this is an incompatability between 
cygwin
     en pspp.
     
     I didn't check my suse installation, where pspp compiles fine, to find the
     difference between cygwin and suse yet.
     
     Any known sollutions?
