I re-ran using "SET FORMAT=F12.0" as the first line in my syntax file but
got the same scientific notation numbers in my reports.
Thoughts?

If you have a weighting variable, you can control it by setting
the print format of the weighting variable. Otherwise, you can
control it with e.g. SET FORMAT=F12.0.
