Importing values and labels?

Hello PSPP,

Is there a simple way of importing values from a csv or other file, as
opposed to typing them all up through the interface.

I have an excel sheet where cells in first row contain both values and
labels, with semi-colon separating individual values and a coma between
each value and its label.

They are many and I would be happy to be able to batch import them
somehow. Is it possible?
