     Hello,
I'm new using PSPP, I've been reading and I don't know if there es a
way to do non parametric test like Kruskal-Wallis or Mann-Whitney U ?

Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney are not yet implemented. If these are important
to you, please feel free to file a "wishlist bug".

The currently available non-parametric tests are binomial, chi-sqaure,
wilcoxon and
sign.
