Most translators are focusing their attention on version 0.7.x The
Spanish translators' forum can be found at 
http://translationproject.org/team/es.html
A quick look there shows that 1392 / 1547 of the spanish translation is up to 
date so
there's still some work you can contribute.

If however you really want to work on 0.6.2 for some reason, you can download 
the .pot
file from http://translationproject.org/POT-files/pspp-0.6.2-pre4.pot
