You might also care to look at Rapid Miner. It has been well reviewed in the Rexner surveys, appears to be widely used, has a huge range of data mining/machine learning functions, some of which are designed to analyse free-text data (which is the term which I use instead of the highly tendentious phrase “qualitative data”), and can be obtained either in a commercial or a freeware version.
