Hi

I checked this against the last 2 MSWindows builds. (This because the version of 24-11 is build with a complete updated toolchain.)  I can confirm the issue. And it is indeed something with the non-ascii characters. If I remove them, everything works found.
Strange is that I can walk through a tree with non-ascii characters in the directory names, but as soon as I try to import such a file I get the error as reported. Opening a .sav file in a directory with a non-ascii character in the name has the same issue.

Have fun

Hi Abraham,
I could open the attached csv file with psppire (the graphical UI to
pspp that you have also used). However I am on Ubuntu and using psppire
0.8. I *guess* the problem might be that the path to your file contains
some non-ascii characters. Try to put your file let's to C drive root.
It could be a bug, but only Windows-specific one.
Best wishes,

Zolt?n
